Lady Vista is now available to view close to Portsmouth Marina on the
UK's South Coast. She is in Turnkey condition with new electrical,
technical and mechanical systems throughout. The owner is keen to sell
and offers in the region of $2.2m are encouraged. Owner will beat for

LADY VISTA was built in 1954 for the Swedish Navy as a minelayer and was in service until 1999. Her range is 4000+ nm! She was bought directly from the Swedish Navy and converted at Forth Estuary Engineering Ltd., Edinburgh 1999 - 2001.
Lloyds 100 A1 LMC certified with MCA pending.
MCA- Lady Vista's conversion was carried out under MCA guidelines for the commercial operation of vessels over 24 metres. Although never actually finally surveyed under the code, an MCA survey in 2003 suggested she would receive her MCA certification upon completion of a final survey and the correction of a measurement and calculation incorrectly taken by the surveyor at the time. In order to be charter compliant she will require no structural works but an inspection and likely some additional safety equipment. Copies of contemporaneous correspondence with MCA surveyors available.
She underwent extensive refit 2007 / 2008 benefiting from new direct drive Skania diesel engines, new exhaust systems, new electronic engine control systems, new generator, new bridge equipment, new display screens, new generator, new electrical distribution panel all to Lloyd's requirements. Additionally the sky lounge, main lounge and master cabin were stripped out and new interiors fitted. All the guest accommodation benefits from new carpets, wall coverings, and lighting. New Lutron lighting system in master stateroom, sky lounge and salon.
