President John DeCaro John’s life-long love of all things nautical naturally led him to pursue a career in mega yacht brokerage. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, John moved to Jamaica temporarily when he was 4. Here his father introduced him to sailing and all things to do with the water. "He gave me a love for the sea that grew with me. The first boat I sailed on was a 38' wood sloop out of the Kingston Yacht Club."  Earning a 500-Ton US Coast Guard Masters License, John has spent 18 years enjoying a life around the ocean, logging over 80,000 nautical miles of experience. John has sailed on every ocean in the world. "To be a competent captain, you have to have total knowledge of the yacht. The first job I earned money for in yachting was cleaning the bottom of a 90' schooner in St. Thomas harbor. I worked my way up from there and have worked in every position on a boat including chef and engineer." For many years John ran his own business delivering yachts, managing projects and working in systems integration in AutoCAD prior to his brokerage career, which has kept him hopping the globe for the past 14 years. Yacht Broker Steve Reoch Steve sold his first yacht in 1978. He spent his childhood getting on the decks of whatever boats he could, which included extensive yacht racing on Chesapeake Bay. While working on his degree in International Trade at American University in Washington, D.C., he lived and worked on an 87' 1916 converted ice cutter. After graduation he sailed to Europe. The years of 1976 through 1978 Steve worked at a manufacturing and sales management training program in a high tech mini-steel mill outside of Philadelphia before returning to work as brokerage and marina services manager at a new 400 slip marina, also in the Washington D.C. area. Yacht Broker Vince Krivanek Vince was born and raised in Oak Park, IL a western suburb of Chicago and graduated from the prestigious Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. After four years of computer related sales with national accounts in the city, at age 25 he moved his young family to Breckenridge, Colorado. In the mountains, he managed a Holiday Inn before owning and managing several restaurants. During the spring thaw of 1975 he journeyed to the Virgin Islands for a sailing charter and that lead to ten years of sailing and sometimes living in the USVI aboard his sailboat, CALYPSO. Sharing time between the mountains and the Caribbean set the stage for his career in the yachting industry. In 1985 he had seen enough snow for any lifetime and moved to San Diego, California to begin his career in yachting. Charter Broker Tracy Gulbranson Tracy brings with her an impressive 10 plus years of professional Yachting Experience. Growing up in New England and having spent the summers in Newport RI, it was only natural that Tracy chose the Yachting Industry as her career path. Crew Placement Director Keara Olmstead Keara is a native Floridian born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. She graduated University with a degree in business. Prior to working in the yachting industry, Keara spent three years in the health field at a local trauma center. More About Keara

 

Office Manager/ Personal Assistant Carrianne Rigano Carrianne was born and raised on Long Island, NY.  In 1999 she moved to South Florida and worked as an event planner for a large company where she coordinated weddings, all occasion parties, and major corporate events. After 3 years of event planning, she started her career in the yachting industry and has gained 4 years experience thus far. Carrianne worked for one of the most prominent yacht companies in the world, where she was a personal assistant to three sales brokers as well as the listing secretary for the company. Her vast amounts of knowledge led her to All Ocean Yachts where she now holds the position as Office Manager/ Personal Assistant. More About Carrianne

 

Event Assistant/ Translator Gabriella McSwain Born in Sweden to Swedish-Italian parents, Gabriella spent her childhood and in fact most of her life traveling through Europe where she learned to speak 5 languages fluently. Her roots are from Sweden, where she grew up and attended school, and Venice, Italy, where her father still lives. Before retiring he worked as 1st officer in the merchant marine, and has had a tremendous influence on Gabriella's love of the ocean, different cultures and travel in general. Long before entering the Yachting world, she was working within the travel industry; acquiring experience while working with a Nordic based company owned by Scandinavian Airlines Systems, booking charters to destinations throughout the world.
