Dear All,
I had the opportunity to visit LESTRALAUR this week. This 140'/ 42.6m explorer yacht was converted from a Canadian Fisheries patrol boat to a world class expedition yacht in 2010. She is unique because at displacement speeds she had a 5000 plus mile range, and with her new (2007) MTU 12V4000 main engines she can attain speeds of 20 knots.

The interior features a massive on deck owners stateroom and a salon perfect for entertaining. Her lower deck guest cabins and crew quarters are original but offer great possibilities for upgrading to suit the new owner.

The machinery space is very large, well engineered, and maintained to high standards. Engines, generators and stabilizers are all new. The deck space is incredible with a landing deck that can accommodate a large helicopter.

The owner is motivated to sell, so if you are looking to cruise the world in this type of vessel, I highly recommend you hop on a plane to beautiful San Diego and have a look at this very special expediton yacht.
