Steve inspected FRANCINE, a 150’ Benetti built in 1989 with many refits along the way. In 2006 they installed new Cat 3512 main engines and Northern Lights generators.
Last year they replaced much of the stem and made all underwater plating sound. They are currently replacing all audio visual equipment, new V-Sat and wireless internet as well as making the boat wheel chair friendly. The main salon and sky lounge are getting thorough renewals/re-design and all air handlers have are new.
FRANCINE has long range at economical speeds and can cruise at 15 knots. The guest cabins are quite spacious; the crew quarters are a bit tight. The Sun Deck is gigantic. She will need paint in a year or two but this girl has plenty of cruising life left in her.
