Deck House Salon
All Ocean Yachts had the pleasure to inspect SEA ANGEL, a well known 88’ Sparkman and Stephens centerboard ketch in Newport Beach, CA last week. She was the last yacht to be built in the famous Stephens Boatyard in Stockton, CA in 1986 and has enjoyed a long and successful history of cruising throughout the world and chartering in the Caribbean.
Master Suite
Her classic yacht interior features a large master stateroom with a centerline queen berth and two guest staterooms each with twin berths. Her crew quarters have three cabins sleeping a total of six crew.
On Deck Seating and Dining
She has a very large deck cockpit for the enjoyment of owners and guests.
Aft Deck Seating
Recent upgrades in 2011 include Algrip paint on topsides and new Sparcraft 2-spreader main alloy main mast with Harken Switchtrack and a custom James Betts carbon fiber pocket boom. Also new are Navtec rod rigging, Harken hydraulic genoa furler, and Harken inner forstay tensioner to allow for quick removal to tack the genoa. She sports a new Doyle full batten mainsail as well.
Foredeck
Her teak decks and engine room and machinery all appear to be in excellent condition.
Engine Room
SEA ANGEL is priced to sell and reported ready to set sail on her next adventure. I highly recommend an inspection in beautiful Newport Beach, CA.
