Fort Lauderdale Boat Show 2010

51st Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

October 28 - Nov. 1, 2010

Dear all,

I just want to let you all know that All Ocean Yachts and Inace Yachts will have a booth in the Builder's tent and Tricon Shipyard will have the Argos 92' in the show. We will have the model of the new All Ocean Yachts 90' Explorer on display (seen below), plus the 126' aft house and the 98' Overing. The new 98' Overing Inace Explorer will be in Palm Beach and we can set up appointments after the show for viewings.

Inace Yachts and Tricon Yachts and myself will be available to discuss the All Ocean Yachts 90' / 100' cockpit. I will have full details on the INACE 120', 126' and 135' and other Inace models available for construction or sale.

There will be a number of Explorer and long range yachts on display at the show and we are happy to set up viewing appointments for them in advance of the show.

We will have complete list of vessels attending the show and in the area around the 15th of October. At this time we can confirm the following vessels will be available:

Steve and John have inspected the following boats prior to the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show 2010 (FLIBS):

SWEET PEA - 165' Feadship 2000/2008
All aluminum construction provides moderate draft (7.5') Very good condition; beautifully detailed Disdale interior. Tenders behind bridge so bridge aft deck is so comfortable. 4 State rooms below deck can convert to 2 full beam VIPs. Master on deck w gym and owner's office. Boat is superlative in many ways and ready to go to sea. Asking 33,000,000.
KANALOA - 159' CRN 1996
We both thought this boat could be a really good value in this 50m+/- class. She is heavy, steel, displacement with huge tankage/range (30,000g/over 5000nm @ 10 knots); just completed their 15 year Lloyd's survey; lots of toys w "kick ass" 24' main tender on main deck aft; light interior w 2 master state rooms; oversized sun deck; main salon behind pilothouse. High main and generator hours but locomotive mains have lots of life. Asking $12,900,000, We feel she can be purchased at a VERY good value, call us to discuss.

ONE MORE TOY - 155' Christensen 2001
fiberglass construction; in class; active charter record; very nicely maintained 6 guest stateroom interior; clean engine room w 1 new MTU main, other W-5. Good head room; new carpet; good sea boat. 10yr class survey and paint due after FLIBS. Asking $19,900,000.
ELLE - 151' Tacoma 1993
Recent refit added zero speed stabilizers; new generator; exterior paint; soft goods; most teak decks. Interior simple but nice, very spacious. 6 queen state rooms. Great range 7000nm +/-. Very good sea boat. Asking $14,950,000.

SEA SPIRIT - 60' Sparkman + Stevens/Passmaker
New construction hull #3 fiberglass demo 2010 in Seattle (we inspected hull # 2 in Ft Lauderdale) well put together; solid FRP bottom; transocean capability; good quality interior; good for owner operator. Hull #3 asking $1,900,000.
