Yacht Inspections

These vessels were inspected on 4/14/2009

Triumphant Lady 155’ Sterling fiberglass long range cruising vessel
Triumphant Lady

Length: 155’, Beam: 26’7”, Draft: 7’6”, Year built: 1985, 5 staterooms
Main Engines: 2x Caterpillar 3512 TA 1300 hp
Fuel: 13,700 Gal (51,854 Lt), Class: ABS

This vessel has just finished an extensive 2 year refit and shows wonderfully. The interior and exterior show to a very high level and should considering the almost USD$10,000,000 reportedly spent during the refit. The interior style is clean and crisp and uses a good mix of dark and light woods and fabrics to create a warm contemporary feel. When you compare her to other FIBERGLASS vessels in her class you have to give her high marks. For her age her design is very up to date. As an example she has an elevator that runs through all decks up to the enclosed gym on the fly bridge.
Asking price: 15,900,000 which in my opinion is on the high side even taking into consideration the work done.

Enterprise V 168’ Feadship long range cruising vessel
Enterprise V

Length: 168’ (51.2m), Beam: 28’5” (8.7m), Draft: 9’9” (3m) Year Built: 1993, 6 staterooms
Main Engines: 2x Caterpillar 3512 DI0JA 1175 hp
Fuel: 21900 Gal (82891 lt), Class: Lloyd’s and MCA, Range: 4200 nm

One of many Enterprise Feadships built and a wonderful vessel over all. They did cut down on the amount of teak cap rails on the forward section of the vessel to reduce maintenance. She is good condition for her age, however her interior is a bit dated, the would and surfaces are in good condition but the pink fabrics and fittings give the boat an older feel. It would not be difficult to change the soft goods and create a more up to date feel. High points are her 6 guest staterooms, gym aft and deck spaces.
Asking price: USD$19,900,000 just reduced from USD$22,900,000 with a bit more movement she could be good value in a proven pedigree world cruising vessel.

Vamoose 75’ Fleming coastal and island cruising vessel
Vamoose

Length: 75’ (22.9m), Beam: 21’5” (6.5m), Draft: 5’3” (1.6m), Year Built: 2003, Staterooms: 3 guests with crew
Main Engines: 2x Caterpillar 3412 E 1400 hp
Fuel: 2840 Gal (10749 lt) Class: None Range: reported to be 1200 @ 10 knots

Fleming builds a good quality coastal cruising vessel that is fully capable of cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean. In my opinion it is not a blue water boat and weather and sea conditions should be give high consideration when making passages between islands. Vamoose is in very good condition over all. Interior and exterior show well, the engine room is very well kept. One of the best features is in it a stand up engine room and you can see most of the equipment. Not being built to class there are things that would not be executed I the same manner as a classed vessel but what is done is well laid out and marked.
Asking price: USD$2,550,000 having been just reduced from USD$2,650,000. I would expect there to be further substantial movement in the price.
