Inace Yachts is the yacht building division of Inace Shipyard, which started building fishing boats and commercial vessels in the 1960's. In 1987 they began building yachts for export and have built 32 yachts since ranging in size from 45' to 135'.

John DeCaro, President of All Ocean Yachts, started their Explorer Yacht building program with the first Explorer Yacht built, the 79' Beleza. Since then John has been involved in the sale, design and/or consulted on 27 of the Explorer Yachts built at Inace Yachts. Since the inception of the Explorer Yacht line, Inace Explorer Yachts have won awards, done hundreds of thousands of miles worldwide and become an internationally respected brand for long range, world cruising Expedition and Explorer Yachts.
John DeCaro initiated building Explorer Yachts and Expedition Yachts to class and Inace shipyard was a leader in taking up the new standard of MCA classification and building all of their long range yachts to society standards.
Inace Shipyard has continued to expand their commercial and naval construction divisions and has built some of the largest patrol boats built in Brazil and is now building offshore vessels and patrol vessels over 80m (262') in length.
